What my goals are and what I need to do to move in the direction of my goals. So, I joined in on my upline's advance STEP training. It is supposed to help me move up in the business, set some goals and work on them. So here we are, it's 4:15 am and I'm blogging about my lia sophia goals. <br /><br />Short Term Goal #1: call past hostesses/customers about booking a party<br /><br />Short Term Goal #2: Find someone to talk to about starting in the business<br /><br />Long Term Goal #1: make enough money to take over paying the house payment<br /><br />Long Term Goal #2: Buy hubby a 4 door pick up truck <br /><br /><br />How am I going to obtain these goals? First, calling past hostesses and customers to ask for bookings. This is not a hard thing to do, it's just not one of my favorite things to do. Can I do it? YES! So, this is something I can work on.<br /><br />At my parties I'm supposed to be listening to determine who may be interested in the business.
